1. Make sure number of boxes/pieces match receipt, note "short XX boxes/pieces" on receipt for any shortage and have delivery driver sign beside it.
2. Inspect any damages of the boxes and note "xx box damaged" on the receipt and have delivery driver sign beside it. Take photos showing damages.
3. If you are not able to do full inspection, note "lots damage, subject to further inspection" on the receipt and have delivery driver sign beside it.
4. If you sign off the delivery without inspection or notes, it will be deemed that you have received the shipment in good condition and correct quantity.
5. Contact us in 24 HOURS by proving proper docs and photos for any damage/shortage claim.
