Repackaging process:  Shea butter is melted in a double wall melter with a controlled temperature under 95 degrees, then melted butter passes through 2 mm filter, and is repackaged into the desired bag or container.  This time-consuming process reserves the important properties of Shea butter and ensure its quality.  However, due to 2mm filtering size, smaller debris from Shea nuts will pass through too.

1. Make sure the number of boxes/pieces matches the receipt, note "short XX boxes/pieces" on the receipt for any shortage and have the delivery driver sign beside it.
2. Inspect any damages of the boxes and note "xx box damaged" on the receipt and have the delivery driver sign beside it. Take photos showing damages.
3. If you are not able to do a full inspection, note "lots damage, subject to further inspection" on the receipt and have the delivery driver sign beside it.
4. If you sign off the delivery without inspection or notes, it will be deemed that you have received the shipment in good condition and correct quantity.
5. Contact us in 24 HOURS by providing proper docs and photos for any damage/shortage claim.
